You can feel good about your purchase knowing that a portion of the profits goes to Native Renewables, Seeding Sovereignty, Color of Change, Indigenous Environmental Network, Wildlife Conservation Network, Sightsavers, and Kiva.

Native Renewables is a native woman founded and run nonprofit that aims to empower tribal communities to grow their renewable energy capacity through education and off-grid solar photovoltaics projects.

Seeding Sovereignty is an Indigenous-led collective, works to radicalize and disrupt colonized spaces through land, body, and food sovereignty work, community building, and cultural preservation.

Color of Change is a racial justice organization helping people respond effectively to injustice by moving decision-makers in corporations and the government to create a more human and less hostile world for Black people in America.

Indigenous Environmental Network (IEN) is a grassroots network of Indigenous peoples addressing environmental and economic justice issues by building the capacity of Indigenous communities and tribal governments to develop mechanisms to protect our sacred sites, land, water, air, natural resources, health of both people and all living things, and to build economically sustainable communities.

Wildlife Conservation Network protects endangered wildlife by supporting conservationists and locals who ensure wildlife and people co-exist and thrive.

Sightsavers is probably the most effective charity I give to as far as how much good your donation can do (you get the most bang for your buck so to speak). They work to prevent avoidable blindness and on advocacy for disability rights in 30+ countries. Just $3 can provide a cataract consumables kit for five operations, $8 pays for a trichiasis operation (preventing blindness for a person), $12 could prevent 554 families from losing their eyesight to river blindness.

Kiva is a loan service for low-income entrepreneurs around the world. I contribute microloans to women’s groups.

Finally, each card is printed on recycled paper by Vista Print a company that is practicing responsible forestry, reducing their carbon emissions by transitioning to renewable energy and installing green technology at their facilities. They also have a female CEO and a transparent and ethical supply chain. Read more about Vista Print’s sustainability practices.
